Why Due Diligence matters?
Due Diligence is an essential part of ECF process. It is also known as "prudential investigation". During this process, on behalf of the investors, the Platform will objectively review and evaluate the company (hereinafter referred as the "Applicant") to ensure that the risk of the company is acceptable for public investors. The related committee will make decision based on a due diligence report and risk control report.
An Issuer Agreement will be signed before the Applicant/Issuer undergoes the due diligence process. This will be done prior to the commencement of equity financing preparation
