To protect investor interests, the following measures have been put in place:
First, your investment amount will be deposited into a trust account. If the crowdfunding campaign fails, you will receive a full refund. Even if the campaign is successful, you will have a six-day cooling-off period to decide whether to proceed with your investment. During this period, you have the option to withdraw and still receive a full refund.
If you decide to proceed with the investment, you will sign an LLP Agreement and receive a signed and stamped copy, confirming that you are a partner holding shares in the crowdfunding issuer company through a limited liability partnership established under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012. Your name will also be registered as a partner of the LLP, and after the LLP registration is complete, you will be able to search for your name by purchasing the LLP profile from the SSM.
