Notes:

Investment Package A is limited to first 49 packages.
The RCPS may be redeemed by the Company on or before the expiration of the Tenor and will be payable within 30 days of the notice date.
For the employees of the issuer, the RCPS may be redeemed by the employees of the issuer on or before the expiration of the Tenor and will be payable within 90 days of the notice date

The Redemption Premium shall be calculated based on the number of full years the investment is held.
