ABOUT THE FOUNDER

I’m Eddie Lim, graduated from Otago University in New Zealand. I have had 15 years of experience in a number of state owned companies and MNC, as well as more than 7 years of experience in marketing practices in the SEA and APAC region. After returning to Malaysia, being in the marketing industry, I see the rise of the demand of influencer marketing with my naked eyes. My team and I thought that it was the best time to start an Influencer Marketing Company. That’s why we started Kolhub.

 

ENTREPRENEURSHIP STORY

At the beginning of our journey in Kolhub, we were just like any other Influencer Marketing Agencies out there, providing Influencer Marketing Campaign services to brands in order to help them drive traffic and attention. Throughout this journey, we’ve come to notice that running an influencer marketing campaign is not easy at all - having the need to search for the right influencer one by one, hectic managing procedures, and there wasn’t a way to track the result and data easily at all! We knew that it wasn’t the right way to scale our business effectively. Hence we quickly pivoted our direction into starting an AI Influencer Marketing Platform, to solve all the problems we’ve faced previously, and to empower influencer marketing in this ever growing industry.
