Company Profile

Hi, I am Frankie Goh Chee Keong, the founder, and CEO of Bidnow.

 

I have been engaged in the real estate industry selling properties since 2003. I started working through rank and file from then on. I went around posting advertisements for property sales. I had to go door to door to distribute flyers. Later, I became a registered real estate agent. I tried my best to sell all kinds new and owned properties including auction real estate and land. Within a period of two years, I was awarded one of the top sales estate agent for my outstanding performances.

 

I have served the real estate industry for the last 16 years and have accumulated vast experiences in the industry. As such, I accepted the appointment as COO of ActFast, a renowned auction house. Being also a stakeholder of ActFast, I strived further my skills to achieve greater heights in the knowhow of auction industry and property trading.

 

 

I have foreseen the tremendous potentials for the development of robust auction real estate sales in the near future. This prompted me to plan a platform to be used in the auction of real estate. In May 2019, I established Bidnow.my, a one-stop online auction property consulting firm and this accomplished my long time wish to set up a platform of my own.

 

I am obliged to Mr. Chris Yong Kin Siong for giving me his strong support to start Bidnow. With his extensive experience in financial consultation and prospects in real estate investment, he assists me in supervising and strategic planning and implementation of development projects besides promoting Bidnow’s One Stop Station Platform.

 

Initially when we first set up the platform, skeptics thought of this to be a money-burning project and we were criticized and received lots of negative commends. We firmly believe that this auction real estate transaction network platform is viable and will definitely replace the traditional auction market in the future.

 

With full cooperation, support and contributions by our partners, we created the network platform looking forward to the sustainable growth in future.

 

After Bidnow.my achieving the largest auction property trading platform in Malaysia, we set our target to attract more people to make full use of this e-Auction property transaction model through our platform in place of the traditional auction industry to hasten transactions and to avoid other matters arising.

Bidnow, Your One Stop Station Platform.

 

As a norm, our local investors can buy new or existing properties of their own choices. Another excellent option is to consider purchasing properties to be auctioned by the Bankers.

 

As there are unlimited potentials in the sales market for the auction real estate, Bidnow has created this brand-new one-stop consulting service network platform (https://www.bidnow.my/) for investors, real estate agents or the public at large who want to purchase relatively low-priced properties. Our added advantage is online marketing consultation makes BidNow.my “visible” to online property seekers. BidNow.my also serves as platform for public to access to all auction property listings in Malaysia.

 

Once when you log on to BidNow.my, you can perform multiple searches with a few keywords. This can assist you to find your preferred units quickly. In the mean time, we can also provide professional consultation services including legal and accountancy advices for investors in all auctions.

 

 

 

Through this online platform, we also provide different professional training in the auction of real estate, sales announcements and various surveys on auction of real estate, etc. We are hopeful that our efforts can help to register more real estate brokers for bidding and to earn more commissions. In the meantime, this will also serve to help the banks to enhance successful transactions. We are prepared to liaise with other property portals to foster a win-win situation;

 

 

Why Crowdfunding?

Rush out from Malaysia and entering Southeast Asian Markets

 

Since there are lots of opportunities in the auction property sector, we hope to fully develop the auction property trading market based in Malaysia. Hopefully we are able to expand across SEA to become the No.1 real estate search engine in the world.

 

In our pipe line, we planned to create the Malaysia No.1 Strongest Auction Property Database to provide E-Bidding System to all Auction House and Bank. This is to allow owner to sell their property through Private Auction. We also plan to create a Network linking Lawyers, Auditors, Bankers and Bidders.

 

Bidnow headquarter is in Kuala Lumpur with its 3 branches located in Penang, Sabah and Sarawak. At the moment, Bidnow’s agent strength is 1,000. Our partners include the top ten real estate companies in Malaysia together with well-known financial advisory companies and auction real estate brokerage companies all of which have many years of experience.

 

Our plan is to use the funds obtained from the crowdfunding project to build a One Stop Station Platform so as to increase the exposure rate for ‘below market value’ auction properties. We also hope to enhance the practicality and functionality of this platform.

 

We shall release the news of this fund raising project through various online platforms and different media like traditional and online media, etc. We shall also organize briefings and seminars to share the details of the crowdfunding project to our members and investors.

 

30% of this fund obtained from the crowdfunding will be used for operation expenditures, 30 % for software upgrading and the remaining 40% for marketing expenses. (Eg. Advertisement)

大家好,我是Frankie 吴志强 Bidnow公司的创办人兼首席执行员。

 

2003年开始,我就涉足房地产业并从事产业销售的工作。回想当初,我是从最底层开始投入工作,除了四处奔波张贴产业出售广告外,还需挨家挨户去派传单。随后,当了房产中介,我竭力推销公司出售的各类出租、新建、二手或拍卖房产及地皮等等。庆幸的是,在短短的两年内,我因业绩标青而获得最高销售业绩的殊荣。

 

我在房地产界服务长达16 年,从而累积了丰富的销售经验。过后,在一次机缘巧合下,让我有机会入股 ActFast 拍卖行并出任该拍卖行的COO,继而鼓舞我朝开发拍卖产业买卖的领域发展。

 

 

基于我非常看好拍卖房产销售领域的未来发展潜能,这也促使我怀抱着强烈的决心去创办一个拍卖房产交易网络平台。20195月,我终于如愿以偿开设了 Bidnow.my  这个一站式的拍卖房产咨询服务网络平台。

 

很高兴,当时能获得Chris 杨景雄的鼎力支持,与我携手创办Bidnow公司。凭着Chris在商场的丰富经验,除了协助监督公司的规划发展与开发项目的执行工作外,也全力推动上述网络平台的营销及宣传。

 

纵使在有关平台开设初期阶段,很多人觉得这是一个烧钱的项目,而让我饱受外界的批评并接获不少负面意见。但我坚信拍卖房产交易网络平台未来肯定将会取代传统的拍卖市场。

 

由于在创设有关网络平台的过程中,获得了所有合伙人的全力配合与支持,大家有钱出钱、有力出力,才让公司业务稳步发展并持续获得成长。

我们希望在不久的将来,公司能够打造出一个全国最大的拍卖地产数据库并开发一个电子投标系统,继而让屋主通过私下拍卖方式来出售他们的房产之余,也让所有拍卖行和银行从中受益。此外,我们还准备为所有参与拍卖房产交易的律师、审计师、银行家和投标者架设一个互通联系网络。

 

 

Bidnow总部设在吉隆坡,分行则设在北马的槟城及东马的沙巴和砂拉越,目前公司共招揽了1000多名合作中介。我们的其他合作伙伴,包括大马前十大地产公司、著名的金融顾问公司,还有拥有超过 16 年经验的拍卖房地产经纪公司。

 

我们计划通过这项股权众筹活动来打造上述一站式的咨询服务网络平台,藉此提高那些低于市值的拍卖房产的曝光率,同时增强这个咨询网站的实用性和功能性。

 

我们除了会通过各个相关网络平台和平面媒体、线上媒体等传播媒介,全面发布这项股权众筹的消息外,也会举办巡回讲座会向会员与投资者进一步介绍股权众筹项目的详情。
